Position Overview
This position is responsible for facilitating the relationship and project work between the CSAT Operational team and the IT technical team. To effectively perform the role, the individual must have a strong technical background, extensive IT project management experience and possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This successful candidate will have good organizational skills, is a quick learner and self-starter with good leadership qualities. He/she also has sound analytical skills which will help them in understanding operational challenges. The individual must be able to communicate effectively and succinctly with internal and external clients to identify projects, document business requirements and help develop/ execute user test cases. Project management skills are required to coordinate IT projects and to validate with operations team members that all projects meet their intended goals and improve processes without negatively impacting the operational line or external clients.
An individual who can display forward thinking will be successful in this role. The incumbent will display the ability to lead or follow when necessary and be a visionary. This role serves as a trusted partner to the business and helps their assigned program achieve business goals through the use of technology. The incumbent is expected to be an engrained part of the program’s daily operations and report directly to the Director of the IT PMO.
